In the name change options names can get old so you can claim them but I'd like for it to show how long a name has before it becomes available (if not played) Just for clarity as checking sites doesn't help as they only document some of the matches up until a certain date.
It would be nice to have some clear indication when a name can become available. Maybe not right on the dot, but something like: this account hasn't been used in X amount of months. So that you at least have a window to know when it will be available.
But just keep trying. It took me awhile to get the names I wanted for my account. And happy that I can finally use them! Just keep a positive attitude about it and I'm sure you'll get it!
