Winning lane with irelia (help)

Im having trouble winning lane with irelia, I do fine outside of lane and can even get strong. However, I usually end up against renekton, jax, nasus, and garen. I don't know how to beat them in lane so I learned how to farm very well under turret and pray for a gank that usually never comes. Any advice from someone who is good at irelia that can tell me how to beat them during the laning phase? I cant even beat a riven in lane but once I get out of lane I seem to do fine in team fights

Irelia is not going to win lane typically. Her job is similar to nasus. Farm up, get your triforce, then you start being scary.

Though in lane, once you're lower on hp than them, you can jump in, stun them, and whack them a few times with Hiten Style boosted AAs for a decent trade, as long as you make sure to back off afterwards.
