Please say the upcoming patch currently in pbe will be elo reset as well

Just sick of people not trying because it's preseason.

I want to get some good games in. not saying it doesn't happen.

But even I feel like what's the point of solo Q right now if in an unknown short period of time the elo will reset elo.

Regardless of getting mmr it feels pointless

hahahaha im 9-3 in an 11-22 game and now we have 2 afkers so 3v5 Wtf is this game. This happens occasionally in ranked but wayyy to often in preseason

EDIT: also MMR may matter still but it's hidden meaning a lot less people care and won't care untill the season starts.

Even if there are say 5% more trolls from preseason it just makes it that much harder to climb elo

Well it's a soft reset not a hard one. You only move about halfway back towards league average, so Games still matter.

I'm sick of the ridiculous Games in normals though, where everyone has such different skill levels because they're coming from ranked and some have improved a lot and others haven't.

So I also hope season 5 starts soon

MMR still matters, the higher you get now the higher you get reset to.
