Who would be the strongest ADC? I mean in a 1v1 lane with minions and both players have PERFECT mechanics. Which ADC would win?

*Inspired by the "Delete Ez" thread which I laugh at. I think Ez is awesome but it just got me thinking if someone would actually land every skill shot would he be king? Idk...

Perfect mechanics is a little hard to talk about, given that:

A perfect player would hit every skillshot. A perfect player would dodge every skillshot.

So... WTF happens? :P

Urgot because his q has 100% ad scaling and almost all of his abilities are skill shots correct me if im wrong.
