RIOT, are you serious with Teemo Buffs?

We tolerate this brood of Satan himself in the game because hes semi useless in any other thing than pissing people of big time, because outside from a few dedicated teemo players, we are normaly spared the TORTURE of having a Teemo in the enemy team...
If you now buff him to a point where he actually becomes a pick thats actually worth something after laning, PEOPLE WILL PLAY TEEMO! And if people play Teemo, the game will become HELL!
Damn I would rather be blindfolded in a room with 1 woman and 99 bear trapswith the task of finding the right bed with my Donger first in than to play against a freaking Teemo...
I would rather play Dodgeball with a bowling ball than to play against a Teemo!
