This champion is trash tier. This champion is worse than twitch. this champion has no late game, has no early game, has no mid game. This champion has such a difficult time getting damage off in team fights, and even when she does, its trash damage.
The only thing kayle is good at is 1v1ing adc's.

Kayle has one of those playstyles and kits that can't be balanced. She's like azir but not overloaded, what makes kayle so strong is the potential to basically be an ADC with an invurnability or give an invurnability to allies instantly to dive fights.
She's very strong as it is with her current potential. A kayle buff would only make her stronger than she needs to be.

Kayle has the second highest win rate among mid laners in plat+. She also has the fourth highest win rate among top laners in plat+. I think your problems are 1) you aren't good with her and 2) you're playing her in the jungle (where she is much weaker.)
Also, twitch has the fourth highest win rate among ADCs in plat+ and is extremely popular in Korean challenger.
