Why Wasn't Kindred released on patch day? (patch 5.19)
All year long i'm pretty sure champions have been released with the patch and not later on.

Maybe they ran into some issues and haven't made it known that there were any or some other reason.
No, they aren't always released on patch day. For Kindred, they are probably delaying the release a bit because Worlds just started
