Can you cut riot some damn slack?

Ive been roaming around the boards for a good week, and all ive been seeing is riot this riot that, riot sucks now blah blah blah.

Riot has been pretty nice and replied to every (Well written, grammatically correct and mature) posts on the boards for a long time, i do admit maybe over the last month they've slacked.. but let's consider why shall we?

  • They had GP rework
  • They had MF rework
  • They had a whole new map
  • They had a whole new game mode!
  • They were (I hope) working on opening east coast servers
  • They were (I hope) working on their own network to kill lag, honestly i don't know if its true but heres the source http://kotaku.com/league-of-legends-is-building-its-own-network-to-kill-l-1677872200
  • With all this considered, they've still been dishing out skins, fixing bugs, disabling champions we hate (For bugs), fixing a ranked bug and so much more that we don't even know about!!

So please, cut the company some slack, they are working very hard just to please us! Not trying to be a riot fanboy here, but i know when something is unreasonable, and all the hate on riot recently, is definitely unreasonable.

Criticizing is easy, understanding the difficulties involved in actually doing something is not. Riot has some thick skin, they'll be fine.

There's a pretty large number of topics fitting that description that never see a red post.

I think you're talking about this? Central servers seems to be the plan, not East coast.

all the hate on riot recently, is definitely unreasonable.

Personally, I'd be more understanding if Riot had at least properly handled Pool Party minions instead of only enabling them on SR. Especially with the "We're working on Champion Mastery, yet have no plans to extend it to the rest of the maps" thing, Riot's just continuing its history of abuse and neglect of alternate map players.

the board are for complaining.

posts like 'good job riot! you are doing well!' are so boring. what can you say to that? there is no conversation in that.

I like posts that say 'this sucks and here is why' and then I can argue with them. much more interesting.
