I want to buy a desktop for a maximum price of 1 grand in which league runs at a constant super high fps at max settings as well as all games. I don't know anything about computers so idk how to even find parts.

My friend volunteered to build it for me but where can I find the parts I want ?

pcpartpicker.com you don't need to spend $1000 on a computer if you just want to play league. You can play league on just about anything, it doesn't require much in the way of hardware.

But if you want a good build for around 1k, something along the lines of this works http://pcpartpicker.com/list/gqjJM8 factor in about $100-130 for windows. you can go cheaper on pretty much anything there if you want, like you can can get a smaller hard drive and no ssd if you wanted to, you can get a cheaper graphics card like a gtx 960, you could go for a cheaper case like an NZXT Source 210, you could get a semi-modular and lower watt power supply, etc.

again, this is completely overkill to just play league though.

I think you mean computer, but if you want good FPS have a computer with decent memory (I have 500 GB) and need a good graphics card Graphics card get expensive, the one I have cost about $100 and used to give me 200 FPS, but has not been working well lately and has been giving me like 80. (60 FPS is usually good) For good ping that is determined my storage and internet provider Live with other people who use netflix/youtube or wanna use youtube during a game?: Xfinity is best since it gives you good ping during nearly all times I have verizon which gives me about 50 ping when no youtube/netflix, but when they are on I get 500 AVOID VERIZON THEY ARE BAD Hope I helped

Do you know what parts you want?

I used newegg when I lived in the States but heard they have gone downhill since becoming a public company. Amazon is fine if you are comfortable using that site.
