I couldn't move, just stood around about 3-4 times in the game, no ping spike indication nothing. I had no stuff running in the background, and even if, my processor and internet connection can handle all that stuff. Whats up Riot?

Anyone else had troubles like that in the last 20 mins?

edit: wohow! its in the service announcement. Where's the lil' client warning sign that usually tells us that somethings going on?

edit 2: Why is ranked not turned off and loss forgiven enabled?!?

Yep no Ranked disabled or notifications. Riot also literally just deleted my post asking for lost forgiven since i lost my promos due to it.

they can never retroactively give you a loss forgiven. either its on or not. That said, the announcement was at 8:44 they should have disabled ranked. I was fortunately playing normals
