Add Tracker for favorite Posters: Red tracker but for civilians.

What about a tracker for people that make interesting post. Like the red tracker you could have maybe 5 favorite summoners that you could keep up with. Just a thought. It would go on the left side in a new section below Red tracker. Maybe you love them or love to hate them. Maybe they make good points even though you don't always agree with what is being said.
