@RIOT, I have a big problem please repond

so I was in a game as rumble and I was winning the game and then suddenly I dced (I NEVER dc) and I could not reconnect to the game no matter what I did, so I just waited and then suddenly I was at the end game screen after my team surrendered, and apparently, I agreed to the surrender vote, however, I was never able to reconnect to the game so there is no way I could have agreed to the surrender vote. Yet my whole team said that 5 people on my team surrendered. Can I please get some help to find out why this happened because something smells fishy about what happened.

There is NO WAY I would suddenly DC because I have not dced for over 2 years from league of legends.
