How to reverse climb: feat -- teammates

Just had another game where enemy top and jungle were on a team and jungle ganked 10+ times in laning phase. Only died 2 times. Got 3 friendly ganks and picked up 2 kills. Up in cs despite 2v1 for enemy top and I still lose game. Peeled adc, sup, and mid -- letting my team get a 4v2 vs amumu and illaoi during teamfights. Yet team all dies despite being 2v4 -- and i'm left alive trying to 1v5. Next game, I hand mid a solid lead with repeated kills on enemy mid, I shut down jungle in early and early-mid game, and I give bot a solid lead with multiple kills. I get us 2 drag lead too. Yet team loses hard from ignoring good calls, not grouping when we should be fighting 5v5, and our cait running to melee range on their yasuo. How do I get such intelligent people? Then after about 8-10 games of that crap, I get a decent team. Can someone explain how I'm expected to have a chance at winning when my team consistently fails to kill anyone, listen to or make smart decisions/calls, or perform anywhere near par on their champ?
