I would pay to have a Premium Ranked mode

I think a problem for free to play games is that there isn't really a real world penalty for trolling or ruining another person's match. Ranked no longer is a place where you can go to get the best competitive experience because there are too many players that just don't care anymore. Honestly I would pay Riot monthly or yearly for a premium ranked mode that is way more strict about players who cause a bad experience, with the punishment being a minimum one month ban up to a perma ban. I sometimes say things I shouldn't, but I would think twice about my actions if I could get banned from a mode I'm paying for. Late night rant. Hopefully I don't regret this in the morning.
