Can we buy Orange Essence?

The whole Snowdown chest thing is awesome. I've bought the Looting Stars set and got some pretty awesome skins, now I'm aiming at buying the Batteries Not Included 5 chest set. Well, was. Until I noticed how little orange essence I've got and how much it is needed to get some of the high end skins. It took me until last month to get the essence to the free project shard, I can only imagine how long it would take to get it for 3 or more skin shards that cost up to 1500 Orange Essence.

So I looked at the store to see if I could find some orange essence for sale and found none. The only way was to buy a 5 Chests + 5 Keys pack.

While I think that the idea of the Snowdown chest is awesome, the scarcity of Orange Essence kinda turns me off from buying more.
