But what about the work to help the players affected by this? Sure they'll get a ban or a longer queue, that's nice, but what about the players affected by this? This has been a problem for years, and there are so many solutions that are simply dismissed because "Could be abused" seriously, the amount of impact an afk or troll has on this game and the little you can do about it is shameful, please tell me something is in the works to compensate for these kind of situations and not just "We won't do anything due to possible abuse".
