Zed: lore and gameplay (he is a good guy!)

WARNING: WALL OF TEXT AHEAD Hi guys! I'm a semi noob player who stopped using his level 30 account that was Bronze 5 - I got there because I used to be REALLLY bad and i'm still not good enough to carry myself out (I suck), and now i am releveling on a smurf. Anyway, onto the topic at hand: Zed's lore. I put this under miscellaneous because if anyone has any tips for a new zed player (me) that would be nice, but it will mosty be about Zed. So yeah. A lot of theories exist about this guy: he is Nocturne, he is dead etc. I have three theories about what went down in the temple, and all of them point to him being at least Neutral Chaotic, if not Good Chaotic. Before I start, I would like to establish two things: The shadows are not INHERENTLY EVIL, and the order of the kinkou is complete bull - it exists to preserve balance in ALL things (i. e. if the world was too peaceful, it would make war) So: he starts out his life being taught that his goal is to become ninja supreme: he is an orphan or at least not close with his parents, and his master was of course biased towards his son. He finds the box, getting better at ninja-ing (yes, that's a verb) and fights Shen -- he thinks he is doing what he is supposed to. Then, the person who is effectively his dad KICKS HIM OUT. He doesnt try to kill him, or even undermine his organization: he gather his followers. He then comes back. If all he wanted to do was take the box, he could have been in and out no questions asked. However, the person who he attempted to please his WHOLE LIFE who then kicked him out appears: Shen's dad. By all rights, he should hate him, but he accepts the Master's offer to go into the temple and kill the box. That brings up the question: why wouldn't the Master destroy the box... if he ever wanted it destroyed. So imo one of three things happened in the room

  1. the box drove Zed insane -- he is no longer zed, he is a malevolent being (Zed WAS good/neutral, but now has been taken over)
  2. The master tried to assassinate zed --- What is he gonna do? Hide his attackers body? OBviously, he has to defend himself, so he kills Shen's father and then after having HIS FUCKING STEPDAD try to kill him, rightfully realizes how absurd the order of kinkou is and kills its followers. Notice how afterward, he doesnt attempt world domination: he spends/will spend the rest of his life training ninjas in superior techniques
  3. The master wanted Zed to become evil - he "tried" to assassinate Zed, Zed killed hi, and then realized that he was trying to preserve the shadows (shadow counters light: I. E. Zed vs kinou), and his reaction is the same as #2 anyway, /rant. I wanna know what you guys think of this and if you can, leave me some tips about Zed Thanks for making it this far

(THIS IS A LORE THEORY) In Shen's Lore it states that in the ancient order, there was a perfect balance. Order, Chaos, Light, and Darkness and that everything must be in perfect harmony... But pay attention to the four given words... The order consisted of trained warriors call the "Shadow Warriors." Sure they train to use the shadows as warriors, but what if they also have another meaning?

Akali is Order, keeping balance and eliminating those who threaten it. Kennen is Light, trusted with the sacred duty of Coursing the Sun. Shen is the Eye of Twilight (to me I would relate it to the moon). I don't have much to connect it to, but the moon causes CHAOS with earth's oceans from it's gravity, pushing and pulling the the tides... Almost as if making enemy want to push away from Shen, not wanting to get into a situation they shouldn't be, after he pulls (TAUNTS) them toward him. Being the last one... Zed is Darkness, Master of the Shadows.

What if Zed never could win the favor of Shen's father not because he wasn't his son, but because Shen's father already knew he had a DARK background because he was abandoned and a homeless child, lacking (possible) discipline. But in Zed's lore, it says "But somehow the master knew he used forbidden ways, and banished him." DUN DUN DUN....... Shen's father could have suspected with Zed's Dark background, he had done a Dark deed (Opened a Forbidden Box) to win a battle against Shen, being that they were always equal.

When Zed returned with his army and the master sitting there almost as if he was waiting for him. Shen's father told Zed to come inside, destroy the box, and lead his followers to balance. So Zed follows the master inside, everyone hears Zed cry out in pain, then walk out with the masters head... HUGE THEORY HERE, DON'T JUDGE.

Being that these are the four MAIN ninjas, without putting too much thought into the others that the master has trained. What if not only being just the master, but also the master of each Alignment... Here it is, don't judge it, everything is pretty crazy right now with ideas... After training the four main Shadow Warriors, he gave them a title, but since each of them had a SPECIFIC ALIGNMENT, what if Shen's father (with something that was not mentioned in any lore) used an ancient, unmentioned technique, to give that shadow warrior a part (Let's say the master had 5 parts to start with, one part to keep as himself, the other four went to the four alignments) of his soul, to help them with what they were suppose to do. And what if Shen knew about this, and it's why he saved these TWO SPECIFIC Shadow Warriors Kennen and Akali?

What am I getting at? WHAT IF WHEN Zed KILLED THE MASTER, HE SCREAMED BECAUSE HE KILLED THE ONLY THING HIS SOUL COULD HOLD ON TO WHICH WAS WHY Shen'S FATHER GAVE HIM THAT PART OF HIS SOUL, WHILE HIS OWN SOUL WAS BEING DEVOURED AND CORRUPTED BY THE FORBIDDEN SHADOWS!!!

Just be open to this idea, and tell me what you think of it.
