As a southwestern player, I usually average around ~69 post server move. Lately my friends and I have been having around 90-100.
Still playable, just want to know if this is a common problem or not.

The number 1 thing that it isn't is RIOT's servers like most people claim. Those type of people probably play on 300 dollar laptops on Wi-Fi with no maintenance, virus protection or firewall of any kind yet they think it's RIOT fault.
Most likely it's your ISP and there is nothing that can be done about a shit ISP because our government allows for local monopolies and zero competition with cable companies.
