Released around the same time, seems only fitting that those that didn't get a chance at Riven (or Singed) should get the chance now since Riot goes back on every other promise of extreme limited availability.

It's the only skin I've ever actually wanted and I just can't get it and it kills me seeing that people who want CS Riven are going to be able to get it whole I'm over here just crying because no Singed.

Honestly I feel the only skins that shouldn't be readily available are contract based (PAX) and victorious skins. Any other skin should either be in the store, or legacy based coming back when the event is on the client (winter/Halloween/worlds/Riot theme)

As someone who does own championship riven it's nice to have people at a chance to use the skin. It's a nice skin! I do hope though that they do something like the Vintage icon/border for people who did own it before coming back.

Same with Riot singed. It's a nice skin that I feel should be out when all the other riot skins come out. With that though I didn't even realize it was a limited edition skin.

as my most valuable skin (and everybody else's) I believe championship riven should never be given again as the 1st version. Maybe give a different version to keep a neutral ground for those who have it and those who dont. And about signed and the rest of the skins, yea i want to have them as well

I personally have no issue with a simple loading screen border to identify original owners. Yes, I have CS Riven.

I think it'd be exceptionally cool if we could have a special version of the mastery emotes, where the badge is set on top of the iconic Roman numeral 2 used in the skin.

Why not just make all skins available all the time. Bronze players should get Victorious skins, Hextech Annie cost 1 blue essence, and Pulsefire Ez should be given away.
