Players With Bad Internet Need Temp Bans to Fx it

Players who que into RANKED matches knowing they have bad internet and are lagging, should not be allowed to que up for others games right after. They need to be removed from ranked ques for a short period of time to fix their problems. It's ridiculous the amount of players that que into matches knowing they have bad internet or problems with their internet.

If you DC 7 times and feed 14 times . . . and complain that you are lagging the entire game, leave and fix it. Now this guy is in another ranked game inconveniencing everyone else.
