Questions regarding Champion dialogue

Why do the Champions never use mild profanity? Is it one of those "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!" excuses, because that's moot with this community.

Why do none of the Champions get any "pervy" quotes? I think it'd be in-character if Fizz were to say something along the lines of "You're as bouncy as ever today, Sarah!" to Miss Fortune. XD

Are these questions "out of bounds" because RULES?
