Is it possible to know which "4800-IP-or-lower" champion is gonna get its price reduced when Taliyah is released?

i believe every few champs, the oldest 6300 champ gets reduced in price

Every time a new champion is released, the oldest 6300 has its price reduced (like how when A. Sol came out, Darius went down to 4800 IP.) Every third release has a 4800 or lower champion go down.

There's no way of telling which champion will have its price reduced from the 4800 tier since that's decided at random and not at all by age.
