Ranked Banned and I Don't Know How

So, I just logged onto league today and found out I received a ranked ban for 35 games. The problem is that I haven't actually played ranked in 2 weeks. I don't ever intent feed in ranked games (no promises if youre an asshole in draft) and I don't understand why I'm banned, let alone why I need to WIN 35 games. That could be several weeks worth of play! If rito does this again then its almost more worthwhile just to start over.

If you want to contest a ban, send in a support ticket. You're extremely unlikely to get any sort of attention over the forums, and if you did, it'd most likely be to tell you to send in a ticket.

Believe me, it takes way more than 70 games to hit level 30. Let alone re-acquire your entire champion pool.

  1. If they're sucking and not stopping you can't yell at them.

It would be unfair if people who sucked at games deserved to get yelled at? Common sense bro.

Irl, in work or school, they can't yell at you or they'd risk harassment. They can give u bad grades and demotions instead. Riot does the same: less IP from defeat, and they take away LP. Just leave it at that.

You don't have any right to force people to play well. It's nice that you tried teaching them how to play better, but don't go further than that.

Getting CV won't help, nor will getting a duo. If you didnt' learn your lesson in normal chat, you're just going to rage like a huge asshole in CV, and if you didn't catch the drift yet, raging will lead to a decrease in performance by both you and your teammates.

If you get a duo, it will help, but if he's better than you, then as soon as you catch up to his mmr, you'll end up the one "sucking"?
