Hardest matchup? Probably a toss up between Tryndamere and a skilled Jayce
Easiest? Riven, Irelia, Yorick and most tanks
Playing from behind? Just farming non stop, getting your power spikes, building defense and bring utility with Ghosts And avoid dying :^)
Depends really. Early game the Dragon's better than any champion ghost, come mid game the ADC ghosts get a lot more desirable Mages<Dragon though

Not a morde main, but a Sion main. Sion dicks him so hard. Other tanks not as much. You can max E and poke extremely hard, then Q-W while he's slowed. Goodbye half of his hp. Tahm Kench might be able to do well, but it's a bit iffy. If you don't waste your W right away and continuously stun him it might be ok.
On executioner's calling- don't buy it for morde. He doesn't have significant healing until gunblade. Executioner's does nothing against his shield.
