New Idea for PBE

Why not let people pick 3-5 champions and whenever there is any change on the PBE that would affect those champions (bug fixes, skins, runes, masteries, items, etc), give those people (account status would be taken into account) admittance into the PBE so things will actually be tested and feedback would come in larger amounts since it would be about their favorite champions.
