PLEASE Riot, give people the option to change their username!!
People can change their summoner names with IP or RP, why not username? I created my account in season 3 and the username is a constant reminder of my abusive ex. I'd gladly buy RP to change this.
No one sees it besides you. It's only used to log in, what's the big deal?

Please, help and comment, I need to change my username too! Like I play League of Legends every day and being reminded of that traumatizing event always disturbs my mentality in game, and in life.. So please help make my post popular so Riot can see it and make a solution to this underlying issue.. Please. I believe soon, they will make an option to 'change username'.. Even if I have to pay RP I will, I really will, I'd do anything really, and I'm sure you would too. Please help me out, it will save many distressed individuals.!!
