Putting it more nicely, I suspect all Rioters got a warning: "Boards will go bat-shit crazy about preseason. Do not encourage them or respond to any balance related posts."

and 2 weeks later everyone will have forgotten about it all because nobody understood the pre season and all the claims made on day 1 were stupid and void.
Anyone who experienced any of the other preseasons will know this.

If you read it you'll see a "Wu main" who refuses to take any advice and just won't accept how he builds and the masteries he chooses are bad.
