Is it supposed to just be completely random? I got two sales on Garen skins when I've played more Bard then Garen.... I'm so confused(and a little depressed -.-) atm. Theyre commando and rogue admiral.

the Snowdown shop will feature six unique champions or skins (excluding Legendary, Ultimate, and Limited) released more than three months ago) based on your playstyle. It's based on a ton of different factors, but playstyle is the best way to describe it. I think it'll make a bit more sense once you see the shop for yourself.
It's not completely randomized, but there's a lot of factors. It's not just who you play more.
