Dear Rito,

I didn't climb my ass out of Bronze 5 to silver just to get matched with brand new players who go 0/15 in the first 8 minutes and who are on their way to bronze 5.. Please fix ur mmr system.

My name is Glowshtick from Riot Player Support. I apologize that you've been experiencing these kinds of match ups. I want to assure you that although we make changes to our matchmaking system, bad matchups can happen and I deeply apologize for the behavior of the problematic players. While I can't make any changes to the system, I do want to assure you that we do take the post-game reports incredibly seriously and this system should be used if you ever encounter Summoners that provide you with a non-optimal gaming experience. These reports can add up and result in an investigation/punishment for the player(s) in question, but it all starts with players that are affected making these reports.

With a variety of systems in place, we work hard in order to promote positive gameplay and to reform toxic players and to better their behavior. If you're finding yourself paired with toxic players, please report them at the end of the game. Doing so will help us identify and punish toxic players more efficiently.

This is hilarious, but in reality I can't report them because they are actually just terrible and don't know any better. Incase they are wondering why people get insanely mad and flame though. It's because goddamn it;'s getting old.

I can carry pretty damn hard, I'm sure I could carry harder if I were like.. A diamond smurf and all. But some people just can't be carried. I guess Im the dumbass though for tyring to solo Q adc haha
