New Board: Complaints

Riot can we please get a Complaints board so we don't see the complaints about banned for afk, bad servers blah blah, team mates bad, team mates flamed me, etc etc etc. That way all threads of that ilk can be dropped in there and regular forum goers don't have to see them on the main page? Kthxbye :)

Literally every board is "Complaints" because complaining is the only thing League of Legends players do

my complaint is why in my rank games has Platinum in enemy's team and rest of them are golds, and i am the sliver with 4 golds. why is it so unfair?
