Probably the best fun i've had in this game is winter SR purely because one time a year summoners rift looks different.

Also the snow map looks really cool

There isn't going to be a Winter SR map this year.

I don't think there's going to be a winter summoners rift map this year.

I've only been playing league since last season, but as I recall, I think there was a winters summoners rift map in the winter of 2011, but a bunch of people complained about how bright it was or something, I wish they did add a winters summoners rift map though.
