Pool party event and mystery gifting. Can I get some help?

If i already have less then 10 champions left to buy do I still get a mystery champion? or do I get a mystery skin? I would love the skin more then the other few champs I haven't gotten yet.

I'm pretty sure that you get a mystery skin if you have less than 10 champions left to unlock.

EDIT: Yes, if you have less than 10 champions left to unlock, you will receive a mystery skin instead of a mystery champion.
