Yeah you were correct with Diana. Not with Tryndamere who is getting his 50th skin, while having a legendary skin already, while recently already having a skin. Not with Riven who had her Championship skin not too long ago.

Guildrum1 votesAs far I know, Ironstylus isn't actually in charge of releasing skins, just making them. For all we know, Zed Nami and Talon actually have half a dozen skins each in the closet, but Riot's just not selling them because they aren't played as often. (Except Zed, he's still popular enough to warrant a new skin methinks.)
