Was searching through threads and I didn't realize this immediately but the background was different for some reason, anyone know wtf this is?

Edit: Can confirm this is real: continuously select a thread and if this background doesnt appear constantly reset it, what is this?

Update: If inspected its simply called - Apollo-header with the subtext of "Breadcrumbs"....what the fuck is this?
