Why is Normal Draft queue taking so long? Is anyone even playing?

So I've been queueing up for my usual lanes today (which is anything but support), and every time the wait time had gone past at least 6 minutes even though the estimate is normal around 1:30 or something like that

When it gets past 6, I just try restarting queue to see if it helps, and it doesn't. The wait time just keeps going back up with very few matches found, most of the time none

So I'm wondering what the hell is going on today. Just last night it was working fine, and I'd get into champ select around the estimated wait time. Is there a bug or something? Are the servers slow today?

P.S. I'm in Bronze, so it seems like I'd have a really low wait time since a majority of the community is Bronze and Silver
