hes got a point I hate playing with bards they usually hurt the team more than anything since hes hard to play. Even if you "main" it or whatever it still doesn't make someone good at it. So many better champions.
Bard is a good support in the hands of a good player. His success will depend on the adc tho, for example when bard places a heal and the adc immediately takes it at full health or overextends while bard is collecting chimes.
That is the story of how Bard met Jhin in ranked and they both realized that garbage tier picks need someone else to carry them.

dude, one thing i learned from playing league since 3 years, its never the adcs fault, its always his teamates, he deserves all the rescources, all the ganks, all the TP ganks, the kills and he should be thanked for carrying a game even if he clearly isnt, why ? no reason, dickhead attitude thats why
i dont know why but of all roles adc are sooo salty and toxic, i stopped playing support because they always end up on tilt and pick fights with their teams, ex we get ganked by the mid laner, proceed to flame the shit out of mid NO MIA WTF FOLLOW YOUR MID NOOB, then overextend to poke and get killed by a jungle gank JUNGLE CAME THREE TIMES IM GETTING CAMPED AND OUR JUNGLE DIDNT COME ONCE BLAH BLAH yet he keeps pushing and spamming his mana at the creeps... i hate adcs man XD
