Remember when you could play who you wanted, WHEN you wanted?

I do I remember when i was in the mood to just play Darius for a game or two or i had an itch to Anivia all day long I could just load up TeamBuilder and play who i wanted to

but now if i feel like playing a specific character, i have to roll the dice on midlane, end up getting my secondary lane twice in a row and then just stop playing after i get autofilled to support because i just dont care anymore

and thats assuming that my character isnt locked in by someone else before i can even pick
