Yeah, but if you're claiming that you're just "bad" sure, it might be obvious that you're trolling, but some people might just think "Whoops a 7 year old got on his brothers acc, whatevs, it's just normas anyways. So in reality, unless there is PROOF that you're trolling (I.E. saying so), you likely won't be banned.
And if you're being super nice, and norms are (mostly) for fun, then I personally wouldn't report you anyways.

Because troll-builds means you will lose most of your games, and few people have the patience to continuously play games they know they will lose. Most of the fun of playing is doing well.
