So my account recently got permabanned because somebody got into my account, sent tons of innapropriate and rude messages to my friends, then trolled in a bunch of matches. Now I'd like my money back that was spent on my account since "we will not be lifting the suspension under any circumstances" and I truly believe I'm being BS'ed here. If anyone knows how to do so, please tell below.
Listed in the terms of agreement, you do not own anything. Riot Games owns your account and all things within it, including money you spent customizing it with cosmetics. You merely rented the account.
Furthermore, the terms had ensured that you agreed that, should you be banned, you take full responsibility for the actions taken that led to the ban in the first place. It sucks, but in the long run, you should have made sure that your account was more secure.
That's not how business works. You are responsible for your account security, not Riot (passwords and such). Any money that you invested on the game will not be refunded since you're not required to invest any money to play. Think of it as a "donation". You can't withdraw "donations".

Submit a support ticket. Nobody here can do anything more than offer advice. If you were the innocent victim of hacking, Riot should be able to determine that and restore your account.
