So,not to brag but I have a good PC. and that's oddly bad. if I am in lane with no enemy's around I get 400FPS but if something happens like a teamfight I drop to 200-300 FPS which ends up making my game look like its stuttering for a bit and can mess up how I play a bit. it only lasts for like 5 seconds but its a little annoying...

BlackFlux1 votesThe FPS counter in the corner,and dropping 100 or so FPS makes a noticeable stutter when doing something like making your champ turn around. its not something TOO hindering to make me die or something its just a bother seeing the lag spike when turning
MisterShameless1 votesCorrection, most people see around 300-400 on average while certain individuals like jet pilots can see around 500 fps. 60fps is just considered the minimal for fluid motion. There has been a mix up on the information between "60fps being the minimal of where fluid motion occurs" with "what the average eye can perceive." As someone who owned a 60hz monitor and upgraded to a 144hz monitor, there was instantly a huge difference in fluidity and increased my overall performance in games. Its day and night when you see it in person and definitely worth the investment if your computer can maintain 144fps, 120fps or even at least 100fps for gaming.

Curious Kat1 votesYes you can, it's somewhere in the game settings. I have mine capped at 144 since i also have a high end rig and a 144hz monitor, shit is butter smooth.
