I am now in a phase where:

• I always win my lane, and yet the other two just feeds.
• Enemy Rengar & Lee Sin carries, whilst in the next game, my teammate's Rengar & Lee Sin plays like a newbie and just straight up feeding.
• Enemies playing off-meta wins, while my team playing off-meta loses.
• A couple of games where my teammate choses Vayne top loses (against an enemy melee. Don't ask how). In the next two games, enemy picked Quinn top twice & wins.

I am currently in my 7th losing streak due to this.

How the hell do you overcome this?
