Medieval Twitch?
I have every other skin on my favorite rat, just wondering if Riot will ever make a way to get it again. Even if they rerelease it like with Championship Riven. I just wanna have the full collection.

It was part of the Refer-a-friend program and it is (as far as I know) considered a Legacy skin so it has a chance of coming back but I don't think it would be in the store since it was never made buyable.
I'm also uncertain if that also means the skin is available via Mystery Gifting/hextech.
