I get 40 ping now

"What the hell... I'm used to playing with like 9 ping and my computer practically won't run. I'm used to getting like 300 fps but now with this shitty ping it always fluctuates and sometimes I get like 100 instead. Idk about you but I think I'm just gonna quit the game."
