Build Your Perfect Champion
Just as the title says, build your perfect champion. Take any skills from any champions and combine them into what you would consider the perfect champ. Let me start by example:
Passive: Olaf (the lower my health, the higher my attack speed) Q: Sion (a great aoe that can slow or stun and nock-up) W: Trundle (huge aoe that grants attack and movement speed, and increases all healing) E: Poppy (dash to a target with a follow through that stuns if it hits a wall) R: **either Sion or Pantheon ** - I love the range and influence Pantheons's brings but nothing feels better than pulling off a long distant Sion ult

LeapEEvolved Wings: Increases Leap's range. On champion kill or assist, Leap's cooldown resets.
Description: Kha'Zix leaps to an area, dealing phyisical damage upon landing. If he chooses to Evolve Wings, Leap's range increases dramatically. Also, on champion kill or assist, Leap's cooldown resets

Active: Nasus becomes empowered in the sandstorm for 15 seconds, gaining extra health and increasing his attack by 50 while active. While the storm rages, he drains a percentage of nearby enemies max health each second (max of 240 magic damage per second per enemy) and converts 6.375% of the damage done into bonus attack damage for himself until the sandstorm wears off
For the Ability power op champion i would have

After every 4 spell casts, Annie's next offensive spell will stun its target for 1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds(at levels 1/6/11).
q:
Ahri sends out an orb in a line in front of her and then pulls it back, dealing magic damage on the way out and true damage on the way back. Ahri gains a massive movement speed boost while her orb is traveling that rapidly decays over time
w:
Fizz hops onto his trident in a nearby location, becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds and gaining the ability to use Trickster before the effect ends. If Fizz does not use it, he will slam the ground below him, dealing magic damage and slowing nearby enemies for 2 seconds.
Active: Fizz hops off from his trident to a nearby location, dealing magic damage nearby enemies in a smaller area than Playful. Trickster does not apply the slow

Vladimir infects all enemies in the target area with a virulent plague which increases the damage they take from all sources by 12% for 5 seconds. After these 5 seconds, infected enemies take magic damage

Unbreakable as a passive meaning he takes 50% reduced damage blocks all projectiles from just standing in front of a champion and completely blocks the next initial damage has a short cd for completely blocking the next damage and his normal passive
