Petition: Do not match players who cannot recieve ranked rewards with those who still can in ranked.

Im lucky enough to not have been matched with them,(on my recent b1 promo i had 2 trolls decide to stop and try to win, so i guess i dodged a bullet) but i know others have been and have probably lost games because of it. They have nothing to lose from trolling, raging, and going afk just to cost others and no reason to stop. In around 2 monthes, the ranked season will end, and you can bet that these people will take their frustrations out on as many people trying to climb in those last few days as they can, and i already feel horrible for the people they will screw over. So please Lyte, can we tackle this before it happens?
