Slumping way too early....

Having some trouble. I'm fairly new to League, but I've already found myself in a slump that I believe is different than me just sucking.

Played bot games for the first few levels bc I had to, then started playing PvP, some Treeline and some SR. I had no expectations, but my first PvP game I had 18 kills and only two deaths. My team won, only losing one turret. Next two games: 12-3 and 7-1. Continued like this for a while, mostly winning. I transitioned to full SR, abandoning the Treeline. It was going great.

Then I fell. Hard.

Logged on one day, expecting a normal game. Instead, my aim, my strategy, everything was off. I went 1-11 and my team got destroyed. (It didn't help that this one Shyvana kept roasting me.) Figuring it was just a one-time thing, I continued on. I never reached those depths again, but the skill I had (or thought I had) at first was completely gone. I started losing more games. Losing KDAs became the norm. It was frustrating because I felt like I could be doing more.

My W/L is still pretty good (around 65% I think) but I haven't even checked my KDA in a while because I know it's going down the toilet. I feel optimistic that it's getting better, my KDA is slowly climbing. But does anyone know what's going on with this? Any advice on how I can get this solved faster/keep it from happening again?

Or am I just bad?

Likely, your early heavy win streak got you placed into the smurfer's queue/MMR because the game detected that you were performing well above average and assumed you were a smurf.

If this is what happened, as you continue to play your match making rating will become more accurate and shift you back to where you belong, as well as you will just get better at the game. Ultimately, its best for you as a player to play against higher quality opponents anyway, you'll end up learning a bit more about how to play the game properly.

Those early games in the PVP queue can be against literally people who have never played games before/never played a MOBA before/ect. Since your normals MMR pretty much starts from 0 and goes up, you start out against the literal worst of the worst (AKA new players) but the rapid MMR changes that you have at low levels meant those early win streaks pushed you into the higher MMR brackets of the low level normals queue, AKA Smurf kingdom.
