Riot needs to disable LP loss for the losing team if their teammate quits

I don't think its fair that in a team game, that one of your laners leaves and suddenly the game is unmatched and your screwed. But oh no leaver buster! too bad it won't get LP back. Seriously add something to protect people who have leavers/dc's
