Championship skins
If ROX wins the world championship this year, does that mean they would get skins? Also what are the chances that Quinn would get a ROX skin because of Smeb?

From a current standpoint: it will be unlikely for Quinn to get any eSports skin, as she doesn't have that much of an impact on the pro scene yet. A team skin is entirely up to which team wins, and whether they want that champ to have a skin
