while this might seem like his sarcastic tone that you usually see in his videos, he only stated that he wouldnt be doing league videos. He has done other types of videos which he even states in the video you posted. you make it seem like he quit making videos. He if doesnt want to follow the rules set by Riot Games, that is his choice!

Honestly, Dunkey quit. Done. I don't get why everyone must cry and scream so hard about it. It happens. People get bored of games. They troll. I honestly don't care for Dunkey, or what his content/trolling history is, I just wanna go back to Riven QQ threads. Its less annoying than all of this unnecessary qq.
