Oh, and I found this to support my post:
while this might seem like his sarcastic tone that you usually see in his videos, he only stated that he wouldnt be doing league videos. He has done other types of videos which he even states in the video you posted. you make it seem like he quit making videos. He if doesnt want to follow the rules set by Riot Games, that is his choice!
