Creating commentaries; system recs

I have a somewhat weak computer that runs league at 30-45 fps with medium-high settings.

It's a MacBook Air from 2010 with a dual core 1.4 ghz Intel processor, 4gb ram, and a 256mb memory nvidia 3 hundred something graphics card.

Would it be capable of live commentary?
